BA Status Match from DDMS

I am trying to status match from UA however I do not see an end date to my UA status is that a problem for the status match? Does anyone know where I can get the end date from?

I did bc they asked for proof of US address and was then told I missed deadline tho I did initially apply on time..

they said they have to email to team that can approve 'exceptions' to the rules not sure clear what's they include as an exception but worth a shot.
