I haven't been to either, but they're both kind of out of the way.

I did many of those.
Science Museum never failed us.
Get a pass from the library -- do they still do that?
Aquarium similar.
Children's Museum, too.  I know others aren't as positive about the latter, but it never let us down.
But make a day of it. Ride the T. Walk over to Milk Street after a couple hours at museum.
Get yourselves home in time for a nap. You'll need it.

There's also Public Garden, with playground, duckling statues, and you're very close to Milk Street here, too.

The only exception would be, for example, if you're in town for AIPAC convention at the Convention Center, and Andrews is catering it. :)

Depends what you like or are in the mood for.
Milchig or fleshing?
Hot or cold?
See my TR from last week.
We were drawn to the sushi.
They always have good soups and salads.
When they cater lunches around town, it is  usually meat or vegetarian deli sandwiches and/ or salads, and they are excellent; for us though, we wouldn't get at the restaurant as we can get them when they cater at our periodic meetings.
Saw a lot of young people -- summer interns -- getting slice of pizza.
Their cafe/desserts are all dairy AFAIK, but I believe they also stock and sell pareve cookies , which when served during catering, are excellent.

Wiki says to get hot pastrami on ciabbatta. I'd get it with avacado, chipotle mayo, cole slaw, and pickled onions.

Grab a chocolate chip cookie off the fleishig counter.

Egg and Cheese on whole wheat and orange juice, and blueberry muffin to go. Nothing too exciting.

Actually did not eat at Fenway, didn't leave my seat the whole game. In retrospect wasn't too smart as I was starving by the time I got home. Found a hummus and chips package in the airport that was Kosher so got before my flight.

The store is named for the street, Milk. They have both fleish and milchig. They do a fair amount of breakfast catering for meetings, usually bagels and cream cheese, fruit salad, and I hear they have  quiche and maybe other hot stuff. But AFAIK, they are known downtown for their lunch menu, not breakfast.
