i know they would, i've done it before it was 59 hours from when i got off the phone till it was by my door, it was pretty cool watching this ups driver lost in middle of jerusalem!!!
im wondering in rots5 case if he asked them to send to israel.... i probably wouldnt right away bec of the while fraud sitch goin on...

i will call them back in a few but they said its being shipped to my house in america. so wll see what happens. i needed to send in my passport and my drivers license and i also sent them a letter from chase showing my proof of address

i would wait a day or two or till it arrives in america before asking them ti send it to israel.... just to make sure it goes through before they suspect fraud again

lol i have an american number here (thanks to dan and google voice) but try calling back again it took me three times and today this guy i spoke to was a real mentch and felt horrible that this occurred to me

wow just got off the phone with chase (not the number above) spoke to a wonderful rep she reinstated my club card with a new number, i didn't have to send anything in (she offered to send to israel, i declined) she apologized 500 times, kept saying how wrong it was of chase to do it unexpected bla, bla.... said she's gonna email the manager of fraud how wrong it was... then before hanging up she asked which one of my cards i want points to for the terrible acts of chase.. this was without asking. thanks rots5 for your help
