+1 Same here - I rediscovered my love for the forums and amazingly my productivity has dropped precipitously. I have got projects and deadlines coming up fast, especially if I want to take a week off in HKG in August.

Can you go into more detail on the infant ticket involved? Was that part of an original reservation or an attempted add on? Did you have less than the required miles in your MP account?
