Never had the deli, but the burgers there are pretty good, and don't forget to give a dvar torah to the masghiach!  ;D

There's a place on 53rd and 9th, never been but apparently just got a hashgacha.  Alor for the kashrus, haven't personally heard of it.

Anything Midtown East?

16 Handles: east village (10th and 2nd ave) and chelsea (19th and 8th)  - not quite midtown east (not cholov yisroel)
Baskin Robbins (DD) - 34th between Park and Madison (not cholov yisroel)
You can also get ice cream from Cafe K (48th between Madison and 5th) - though nothing too exciting

They will serve you scoops of standard ice cream (not soft serve) - chocolate, strawberry, vanilla...
They do make good drinks with ice cream/milk shakes.
If you're interested in good milkshakes, you can also try Tiberias on 34th between Park and Madison - they have an extensive iced drink menu with some really good milkshakes

I have -  they have great sushi for appetizer and the steak was pretty good too.  I tried a bunch of their appetizers and all were good.

The short rib spring rolls are great (per Wiki rec) and I enjoyed the duck.

Please add the Dulce de leche cake to the NoiDue cant miss. It is one of the best cakes out there. Best part of the meal. Beats the macaroni and cheese balls by a mile

Decent but for the same price you might as well go to an amazing place like Mikes or PG

I've figured out what to order :)

Anyhow, even what we had far exceeds LB. It's really pretty average there. Chaikel can chime in maybe
