Around 2 months ago. He just told me last night that the actual liver is a drop different. (i think the way he said it, its not as burnt but more soft)
He has his own kitchen too now. No more sharing.

In other news i heard there are now 2 new herring companies.

Interesting. Does he kasher the liver himself? That can definitely change the taste. (Rubin is very specific how it  needs to be kashered)
