Which Credit Card Shall I get???

I have a Starwood AMEX and a Platinum AMEX - which I both use and love.

I need a Visa or MC for those places who do not accept AMEX or charge for using an AMEX (like my kids schools).
When I travel I am not married to any one airline - so chosing a specific airline card is a difficult decision.

I have excellent credit.

Which Airline or Rewards Visa or MC makes the most sense to get??

I was using a Toys R Us Card - with rewards in the form of Toys R Us Gift Cards which was OK - but Chase just sold these cards off and I am extremely unhappy with their new rewards.  They expire within 4 weeks.  LOUSY!!

I need to close it ASAP and get on with a good card.

Is there an annual fee? If not, you probably shouldn't close it.
