is the wiki still accurate now that there is the amex everyday preferred?

Wiki is very outdated. I just made a couple of edits as I believe no one gets a benefit from penny purchases with Chase Freedom  :'( :'( :'( :'( And I think the new Citi Costco card is quite compelling (especially given all the devaluation and limited availability experienced in points programs).
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

I think you just referred to me as "no one".
Chase Freedom is also good for Grocery this quarter.

Wow! When I lost it in February I thought that was the final wave, as I  had it longer than anyone else I knew. But then again towards the end I was getting over 10k UR per month by running a script to load my amazon gift card balance in 50 cent increments.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

This may have been discussed if so please direct me to the right location.

What are the cards that have CDW rental coverage in Israel aside from SPWMC which has been mentioned, does this include all MC or only some? Are there other types of cards that include this coverage?

I spend about $20,000+ on tech from Costco annually. I always bought on my SPG AMEX cards for the benefits (specifically the buyer protection and third year warranty). Starting 6/21/16 Costco won't take AMEX anymore, only visa. I currently don't own a  Visa card. Any advice on which personal and business Visa cards I should get that will give me the comparable/best benefits? Tia
So I ended up getting the new Costco Citi card. I was reading throught he benefits and they actually seem better than the Starwood AMEX (surprisingly). Of note, they automatically add 24 months to the warranty, regardless of how long the original manufacturer warranty is. So even if the original warranty is 6 months, you'll get 30 months total of coverage. Another noticeable difference is they give 120 days (90 in NYS) if the item breaks or gets stolen (as opposed to 60 from amex). Also the limits are higher ($1000/year).

Been discussed at length already somewhere here. Question is if they cover as easily as amex did.

Updated wiki. Added points multiplier to put everything into perspective and added Citi cards which were noticeably absent from the wiki.

Did being the operative word. Amex ain't what they used to be.

I am booking a RT ticket for $1,400 from NYC to TLV RT. Do I use my sapphire or United mileage plus explorer(AU on my parents). Which gets more points or miles. Which is more valuable? TIA

UR are more valuable than United as they are flexible and can be used for about 10 different programs including United.

SO the person who told me that I would get double the miles is wrong? Which is 24,000 miles... I should go with sapphire, right?

Check your first bag for free - save up to $100 per roundtrip
  • Enjoy priority boarding privileges
  • Earn double miles on tickets purchased from United, and 1 mile per $1 on all other purchases

It's 1400 miles, not 24k.
If the ticket costs $1400, double miles would net 2800 miles. tanipollak did not specify if the ticket is for United. If it's for United, you get double miles with either credit card. If it's any other airline, you only get double miles with Sapphire.

Going to buy a refrigerator online (Ajmadison)

I will probably buy some sort of 5 yr. warranty

Hoping the price will go down over Labor Day weekend sales.

Should I still go with Amex for 2nd year warranty or use Discover for price protection (does price protection work on appliances?
