Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for contacting us, and I hope my email finds you well!

We are opening our Kosher Restaurant in Capri this year! The inauguration is scheduled for June 12th.

Our restaurant is super well located just 1-minute walk from the main square of Capri and 5 minutes from the Hotel Capri Tiberio Palace. At Piazzetta Cerio, 11.

It is going to be open every day for lunch and dinner, and during shabbat. We will be more than happy to welcome you here.

About the menu, we are still working on it, and as soon as I have it I can send it to you.

About the certificate, we are under the World Of Kashrut certification.

And in our establishment we will have a room to pray.

I would like to inform you that we are taking reservations. So if you would like to book, please let me know the date, time and for how many people.

I'll be waiting for you!

The Rav HaMachsher for the new Capri Kosher Restaurant is Rav Shalom Hazan from Chabad of Rome and they’ll be a Mashgiach always on premises.

Just got back from an incredible 8.5 days in Italy! The high-level outline of my trip is roughly 1.5 days in Venice, 2 days in Tuscany, 3 in Rome, day trip to Amalfi coast. Wanted to spend Shabbos in Venice but based on the days we were there just couldn’t make it work easily and wasn’t going to force it. For detailed itinerary and feedback see the full trip report I just posted: https://forums.dansdeals.com/index.php?topic=133378.0

I would like to visit the grave of the Zera Shimshon in Reggio Emillia. Does anyone know exactly where in the city it is and how to get there? The town is located on the Milan-Bologna rail line so reaching the general area should be straightforward.

A group of american Jews are convinced that under this parish, in Reggio Emilia, 1 hour from Milano, lies the Zera Shimshon. They are interested in buying this building.
In 1808 Napoleon decreed that the Jewish cemetery should be outside of the city. In 1920 when this parish was built, some jewish tombs were taken from here and transported to the Jewish cemetery in Via della Canalina, outside of the city. Some say, that the Zera Shimshon is still under this building.  Others say, the Zera Shimshon was taken with others to the Jewish cemetery. So it's not sure.
Just thought you might be interested.

in the world. I have already reserved a place, but I would like more info

Best way to get from Rome to Sorrento?
1 - Train from Rome to Naples and transfer to Sorrento? Don't want to take the local train from Naples to Sorrento.
or
2 - car ride from Rome to Sorrento
Anyone know of any drivers in that area that are decently priced?
TIA

I went to Pompeii.
I took a train Rome - Naples. Booked a car and driver to take us from the train for our day's activities.

I think I found them on line.
I looked through my emails and the one I used doesn't seem to be around any more.
