Avios and hotel Question

Hi,

I've searched the threads but havent found my answer.

1) I'm trying to book NYC to Las Vegas but they are saying there are no routes?

2) The wife and I are going for a 3 day trip to Vegas and want to know which Hotel is most recommended and what attraction are recommended while there?
