Can anyone recommend a mortgage broker who you've either (i) dealt with personally, or (ii) have heard rave reviews about that can: get loans not just in NY or NJ, but loans in perhaps FL, TN or TX?

He's actually located in Chicago. He is licensed in IL, NY, and FL. Not sure if he is licenced anywhere else or how it works.
