They try and evade these issues? They should evade grammar as well

Ordering trough their site took forever and wasted so much time.

I wonder if complaining would get you somewhere.
What do you think ?
Airlines sending me "We're in this together" emails.

Bruh, where were you when my suitcase weighed 51.50 pounds?

Depends what the 10 piece gift is -- most aren't worth it,
and their prices are high to start, so 20% off $59 is the starting point to benefit from their offer...

The site was only slow that night bec. 300 DDF'ers all tried for the $100 items at the same time -- it's faster now...

Please accept our sincere apology for your recent experience with a canceled order on elizabetharden.com.
We would like to provide you with an explanation of the events resulting in your canceled order.
Elizabeth Arden ran an UNTOLD sweepstakes several weeks ago in which the winner would win a "$100 Shopping Spree." The sweepstakes code UNTOLD was created for one-time use solely by the winner of our UNTOLD sweepstakes. The code was neither advertised as nor intended to be a consumer-wide promotional code. Prior to providing the code to the winner, this code was posted on various public websites without the authorization or approval by Elizabeth Arden.
Immediately upon learning of the unauthorized viral release of the code, we directed our service provider to shut off the code. This resulted in the cancellation of all orders using the unauthorized code UNTOLD.
All cancelled orders generate an automated message that includes a "no inventory" notification as that is typically why cancellations occur.
Unfortunately, this automated message added to the confusion. Once we realized the confusion, we sent a second email advising of the reason for the cancellation: an invalid code.
Please know that we immediately contacted your financial institution and associated authorization charges have been released on your cancelled order. Each financial institution process time and requirements may vary for your refund.
We truly regret any trouble this has caused you. We value your business and would like to offer you 30% off your next purchase valid through December 31st. Your personal code will be sent to your email address within the next few minutes.
If you have any further questions, please contact us at:
Email: cs@elizabetharden.com
Phone: 1-855-289-6405, 10 AM - 7 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced and look forward to serving you in the future.
Sincerely,
Claudia Ossa,
Vice President, eCommerce

Idiots. Who makes a code like that in 2013??
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Exactly -- They can use a 'single-use code' and then there is no need to contact and pay their service provider....
