Overboots. Neos. Froggs Toggs

Anyone have any experience with Froggs Toggs overboots. They're much cheaper than Neos, and some on amazon reviews think Neos are not as good as used to be.

Anyone know the difference between different models of Blundstone boots?
Are any of them made in Australia anymore?

Hubby has Neos that are almost 10 years old. Awesome! He would buy them again in a second.
