Different Currency Pricing

Hi not sure if this has been discussed anywhere. I was recently booking a flight on Norwegian air website and for every currency it came out a different price. When I priced it in NOK, it came out to about $20 less than when in USD, as per the regular exchange rate. Euros were also different. Does this happen on other websites? Anybody have experience with something like this?

I've had that happen to me on kayak, but somehow the usd was the lowest in price based on The currency exchange rate which I Checked right then &  there.
