Seems like amazon found out about the mistake shipped items. Received this email today.

"We're contacting you about order #0000000000. We've recently learned the seller for this order provided you with an unintentional refund.

We'd like to have your permission to charge your original payment method for the amount of $33.47. Please reply to this e-mail with "Yes" if we have your permission to do this.

Unless they threaten with an account closure, there's nothing they can do.
It's the sellers/Amazons fault for processing both the shipment AND the refund. You don't necessarily need to go out of your way to help rectify the situation (ethics thread? That's not what I would do, just a viewpoint).

I'm just going to keep it simple. I'm replying back to them that I thought the order was cancelled and they shipped it out of mistake. I'm going ask them if there is anything they can do since money is tight on my end all of the sudden.

I don't feel like playing games.

Hello.

The refund came from Wilson Leather and they told me that the order was cancelled. I did receive the box with the two items and was under the belief that they just shipped them out of courtesy and thoughtfulness. For everything Amazon has helped me with in the past I don't believe to lie and say I didn't receive the items.

At this point right now my money situation is tough and I don't really have the extra funds. If you want I can try to find the items and send them back if you like. I would need to go digging though to try and find them.

I look forward to hearing back from you regarding this matter. Thank you.
