Here is a report on Taptalk(which is a app that supports DD). The pro is that you could turn the browser off and still use Taptalk.  The cons are 1,your user name and password is not saved so you have to log on every time 2, when I tried posting it said "error try again later" this happened twice 3,you can't accesses Dansdeals.com with it.       

     I would like to thank Dan for making this option available.

I've been using tapatalk on andriod, it's a great app. Thank you Dan for making DDF tapatalk native

Aside from applanet, there's website 4shared.com and you can pretty much find any .apk file you want for free :)

In andriod it's very simple, it's just an option on the menu under each topic of the forums. I can't tell you about any other os...
