Seems like it will probably be an assessment of cost to install & probably some kind of sales pitch about how much you'll be saving

They come to your house (from what I've been told) and I hear it's more of a hassle than worth the 5k points.

They got back to me. Currently NY has a law that bans solar panels from being installed on flat roofs. So if you live here too you wouldn't qualify.
