United airlines. Business class NY to Hong Kong. Had a problem

Hi guys,
My wife just took a flight from NY to Hong Kong in business class on United. Ticket was around $6500. Her tv was broken on the place. At times it would work for an hour then it would shut off for long periods of time. This is an 18 hr flight, if this was me I wouldnt know what to do. What kind of compensation do you think is right here from UNited..$6500 ticket, 18 hour flight and tv is broken...

Wow, must have been an old plane if it took 18 hours to get back from HKG.
