i highly doubt sprint can send collections after you for the full amount. You have a contract you can show them. Its not like you set it up If a dealer sets it up, he will be the one sprint can go after. not you!

aaa, do you know for a fact that they send people to collections or are you just speculating? Do you know for a fact that they will ban you or are you just speculating?

i spoke to a dealer who said he set up many plans and even when sprint sent out those letters the last two times, they never followed up on it. They sent letters out but never canceled anyone's plans.

Can anyone confirm a true story that occurred are are we all just "talking/posting"

Yes I can confirm true stories. I used to sell plans for someone who played these games with sprint. 99% of the people he signed had no issues. The other 1% had serious issues.

Did the "Serious Issues" include anything that couldn't be solved by cancelling the line and going back to a regular cell plan? It would seem like this is worth a try, unless there is a more serious consequence I'm missing (like perhaps something going on your credit?).
Also, do you have a bill from Sprint, or just to this guy who signs you up?

OK I see this is the "new fad" in the scamming sprint industry-so i'm definitely interested.
 after many friends of mine mentioned this new "LEGIT" way to get a great plan from..I became skeptical and decided to take a trip to my local Boro Park cell scamming store. don't get me wrong--i'm all into getting free things from sprint, as long as it is not gonna bite back at you,m or if its totally UNlegit--BUT still I found it hard to resist FREE Blackberry service for a one time (CASH) fee of $100...
(BTW- just one of the shady things i was told--i cant ever call sprint cuz they will look into  account and cancel!)
In my opinion--THERES NO WAY THIS CAN BE LEGIT.im not saying it wont work, cuz it will, except what they are doing has to be wrong. "IF ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE- IT PROB IS" ...applies here more than anywhere else. Sprint didn't just decide to lower or eliminate their fees to all BP residents because they are desperate for business or because cuz the guys in bp asked nicely.
Personally, it really bothers me that I know many people who signed up with these plans and are convinced it is legit.

I got one of these plans, after six months sprint told me my rate was not available and they bumped up to $60 bucks a month instead of ten. Now Im stuck with $60 a month or $200 termination fee and I lost my upfront money that I paid to guy next to shomer shabbos. They said they can fix it for $150 but they are not guaranteeing how long it will last

If you argue with sprint enough they should waive the cancellation fee.

Im paying $36/month for Unlimited call and text in the usa, unlimited data with blackberry WORLDWIDE.

Till i found a guy that new what he was talking about.......

Paid a setup fee of $350.

Most of the guys doing it got stuck at the unlimited data INTERNATIONAL part.
