They sure do. I just used it from the gift cards I had in my account from the original Amex offer years ago.

ETA: Is it an account in the USA, with US method of payment?

so all i have to do is add it to a us account and it should work international as long as i pay in usd?

I called customer service and they wouldn't let me use one, even in my USA account. The rep claimed that no cards can be used outside of the USA period.
Maybe just a misinformed rep....
