i turned 21 and want to celebrate by renting a nice car. any ideas for a cheap(ish) rental in miami/fll area for a nice car

sign up for usaa membership which is free @ usaa.com and then you can rent from hertz from 18 and avis and buget from 21

i have usaa and my question was not how to rent a car at 21 but a good deal on a nice car

Hertz has lowered the rental age to 20 you just need to use a PC code that you can find on their site under promotions.

Many corporates lower the age but if your not using one that lowers the age there's PC# 144314.
