i just did 2bm for the sapphire and explorer.... i got 2 pendings - the only issue was the window with explorer shut down and was coming up with an error. does this mean i got to credit pulls bec they were 2 minutes apart?

it is not dead it just takes more effort

and while i don't understand what your specific definition for "matching" is , one way or another i have been able to consistently get 50k for SP, 30k for freedom and the $75 off the hyatt (i have done each +3 times very recently). In my experience most people would be intersted in making $175 worth of points, simply by sending a second SM.

Matching=99%+ chance of getting the better offer with a single SM.
Nudging=Requires multiple SMs and may or may not work.

Multiple SMs is as easy as a few posts on DDF, and, in my young life, I've never lost a nudge fight.

available when I applied, I would not be penalized for not
searching all the links.
furthermore while discussing the reply with my friend who
got the better offer, He told me that his annual fee is
only $75!

i just did explorer (55k) for myself and SP WMC for my wife (40k)

if u can survive an FR then for sure
