So what's the maskana? Are Jos A Bank items basically returnable forever and ever?

I have four or five old white shirts that are stained. I'd love to have the replaced. Can I just pack then up and send them back to JAB and get new ones?

If that's their policy, that's there policy.

But I'm not sure using a shirt for five years and then exchanging it because one got a stain on it, is exactly what they had in mind while drafting such a generous policy. Moreover, it's instances like this that will cause management to "rethink" the policy.
