Been to hy life twice. The old sous chef (i believe) from shallots is the new chef at hy life. Food is good but i still find the food at shallots to be better and the sushi definitely is still the winner.
Though hy life had sushi the other night 4 of the 5 rolls had mock crab or similiar and no salmon roll. At this point just trying to copy shallots which maybe long term they will get better but i find hy lifes menu right now too basic and nothing pops out at me.
