Andaz 5th or Andaz Wall Street -- a bit more expensive than you're looking to spend, but just stayed there last week and it was wonderful.

First of all, that's a great site. Never had seen it before.

Second, for that price, its a steal.

the Carlton hotel is a gorgeous 4 star hotel, on madison ave. i have stayed there several times and i love the hotel

So, why not go with what you know? As they say, you can never go wrong going right. And, as per elikays suggestion, priceline it and save a bundle.
