All reps say its sold out, but was wondering if there was another way to get upgraded on this route(e.g. What to be specifically asking in airport)?

From my experience if it doesn't offer bid online your fare is ineligible or it is sold out

If you want to see if it is truly sold out search that flight and see if it is available (remember that doesn't mean it is not full fare which often is not upgrade eligible

Has anyone seen this before that va is charging hundreds of thousands of miles and thousands of dollars for travel to israel? When i search says dates start from 45k and then when i click on it says 335k and fuel charges as high as 6k dollars

Cant figure out how to cancel a flight, booked award ticket on delta metal, when i click cancel it says unable to, delta website cant cancel, so i filled out a form for request of refund. It says it will take up to 30 days to process but flight is in 3 days. Is that an issue? Something to do to get this done faster?
