Pleases read the info below carefully~ there's important info you need to know about your order.
A few things to note:
1) ORDER CONFIRMATIONS : -If you placed an order and your card has been charged, we got your order. Please don't forget to check spam folders for any correspondence from us~sometimes they get flagged.
-If you placed an order but your card has NOT been charged, we're sorry, but your order didn't go through. Feel free to use the code 'Bucky' at checkout on your next order to save 20%.
~If you think you placed a duplicate order, please wait for your order confirmations (see #1 above). We're trying to cancel duplicate orders upon request. If we're not able to catch it in time, please visit

2) IF YOU ORDERED BEFORE OR AFTER THE SALE, MISSED IT, OR WERE UNABLE TO PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE: ~If you missed the sale, were unable to place your order, or had placed an order before 9/20 at 1pm, we're sorry, but it was a limited time offer and as with all flash sales, it is not retroactive and expires at the end time listed in the email. PROMO CODES cannot be used in conjunction with the 9/20 email. Keep an eye on your inbox for more fun tricks, though...we've got plenty up our sleeves!
3) IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE SeptTENber PROMOTION: ~We're sorry, but we have sold out of the 125s that were running for $10. We are unable to process backorders or rainchecks, but please keep an eye out for future promos. PROMO CODES CANNOT BE USED in conjunction with the SeptTENber sale.

6) IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ON THE SITE: ~If you're looking for items but can't find them online, sorry! That means they're out of stock. As you can imagine, prices like these mean things get snatched up. Please check back in the next 3 weeks or so to see if we've replenished our stock.
7) SHIPPING: -~Please be patient. We're working round the clock to ensure your order ships asap. Currently, orders will NOT ship for approximately 2 WEEKS from the order date. You'll get shipping confirmation when it does, and orders placed in the U.S will arrive in 2-7 business days after the ship date. Orders placed separately will ship separately and will accrue applicable separate shipping charges. There's no need to panic, we promise..we're just overloaded and it's taking time to get all the orders out.
Lastly~phone calls and emails are being answered as quickly as possible. Please allow 48-72 hours for a response, should you have any further questions.
