I go for a late lunch at Bagel Nosh, glance at at DDF, and what do I see?, he's posting again.
This time claiming that @avromie7 didn't ask an educated question.
...
Instead of posting nonsense try reading up a little on different assault rifles so you can ask educated questions instead of just repeating talking points.
What was the uneducated question?
He tries to frame the actual asked question, how should we say this?, less than accurately.
It is not about the right question. It is the question itself is not realistic. You now want me to compare the most powerful handgun to one of the least powerful assault rifle? Are you aware the AR .223 is one of the least powerful assault rifles?
....
And this gem of a reframe:
I didn't assume anything. I answered your question. STOP WITH THE CRYING!!!
Why would a logical person compare the most powerful handgun to one of the least powerful assault rifles? I compared a .22 to a .223 with is slightly bigger in diameter. I happen to own a .44 Magnum which is one of the most powerful handguns made. You want me to use that as a comparison?
Perhaps because it's not only the diameter, but size (length), weight, and fps that determine lethality of bullets?
So if, as you claim,
Assault rifles have massive killing power.
...
we should compare the commonly available, easily obtainable handguns with massive killing power to these rifles, right? Like you were originally asked?
@avromie7 asked you if an SA handgun was substituted for an SA rifle would it have made a difference in the amount of people killed.
The AR is not the issue, it's the dead and injured that's the issue. If he didn't have an AR and instead had a semi-automatic handgun, how many people who were killed, would still be alive?
You, knowing the gig is almost up, start to evade and deflect.
Didnt he have a handgun at home? Why did he choose the AR. What about LAS?
@avromie7 calls you on it.
Can you answer the question instead of deflecting? It doesn't need to be a specific number, it can be a realistic range.
So, as is your wont, you insult and try to move the goalposts by answering with an underpowered handgun.
Your question shows your extreme lack on knowledge of guns. If he use a .22 SA handgun I would say one or two as a high number.
@avromie7 tries to bring the discussion back to all commonly available, far deadlier, SA handguns.
Ok so since you claim to be the expert, what would be the deadliest SA handgun, and what would the number be?
You now claim to have answered the question.
LOL
I answer the question. Now the answer doesn’t fit your point so now you want to change the question.
(Actually you didn't, as the question wasn't if it was replaced with a .22 SA, but rather an SA. All commonly available SA's.
You're desperately attempting to reframe the question, because you're afraid of the answer.)
@avromie7 calls out this latest attempt at evasion.
You twisted it to give the answer you wanted, which still doesn't disprove my point
You try to obfuscate the easy availability of deadlier SA handguns.
I didn’t twist anything. I picked an extremely popular handgun. I own a few of them. The Ruger is a classic.
@avromie7 presses yet again.
Are you going to answer the updated version of my question, or just deflect it because it doesn't fit your narrative?
Let me answer for you, as you're clearly frightened of this question which cuts to the heart of your narrative.
There would be no discernable difference, as there are many SA handgun calibers that are just as lethal as common AR calibers at the typical distances of these mass shootings.
