Jerusalem- Waldorf (or Crowne Plaza but it's a much worse location)
Tel Aviv- Sheraton
Herzelia (not really a first timer location)- Ritz Carlton

I think Dan has a DDMS post on all the points hotels in Israel. There's a bunch of IHGs. But most are not going to be in areas of interest to first timers.

Permission granted if you want to start a thread for help with your own trip planning if that's the case here.
