Newbie here! Question about buying Hilton Free Night Certificates. I see people selling them with their "Diamond Account". How exactly does that work? I assumed the certificate itself would be sold and transferred?

Surest way to get to Israel currently is on LY but UR don't transfer to them.

You can use your united points to book on united but no knowing if they will be flying or not.

Another option is through Europe with a star alliance partner- check AC first. You can transfer UR to AC

You can book on United to ATH for 40K when its saver and you can usually get pretty cheap flights from ATH-TLV. You can also book ATH-TLV Aegean for 12.5K United on many dates.
