Usually if amazon sells the same product they will make sure to get the buy box, but I say usually because with amazon it's impossible to predict something they change there rules daily in order you shouldn't be able to figure them out

I'm selling something on one of my accounts for $50 cheaper than amazon and they have the box!! That doesn't make sense!
how much items did you sell in the last 90 days? What is your feedback? How much percent cheaper are you?

Btw why do you go for so much cheaper? Wait for the few ppl who will want to save few extra dollars and buy even if your $15 cheaper.... unless you really wanna get rid of these items

And you probably don't charge taxes in New York.

Facepalm.  Many  Amazon sellers just write that you have to send in the taxes and they don't collect it.

The issue is that people feel far more comfortable buying from Amazon directly due to real protection in case of anything. it's real. I rarely buy from third-party sellers when I can buy directly from Amazon. Amazon had superb customer service. I get back my money on half the things that I order on Amazon without returning it for the most trivial of complaints.

I don't know, but I know of a business working that way and I'm sure that they worked it out.

but they make it the same easy if you buy from other seller from FBA. It doesn't have to do anything with the seller unless it's shipped by the seller.

Btw on amazon we have the biggest percent in returns due to how easy it is..
But its also the biggest market so still worth.

Amazon can't refund you for any trivial reason from third party sellers.
Also, promotional credit can only be used for buying from Amazon directly.

they just send us an email " Refund initiated for order....." and take it off our balance. if you have an issue with it you have to open a case

But you would usually get back your item. I had twice this week that I got a refund without returning.

do that a few more times and you will get blacklisted they keep a record. it is not free money they just find it worth it to be so accommodating to build customer confidence once they see an abuser they will blacklist... YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

SIDE NOTE returning an Item you use for 30 days to a private seller is not the nicest thing. you can ruin a poor guys profit for a while. If you want to try something out and might return it you might want to do that with a bigger store supplier(walmart) the big retailers have agreements with the manufacture to return returned merchandise the small seller is sol basicly a $500 item you return used for 30 days is mostly unsellable(for example a computer)

How do they blacklist someone with 10 accounts? they don't track accounts by SSN.
