There are a number of produce regularly exported from Israel, they just don't usually make it to the US.
In England, we look out for "Produce of Israel" on peppers, avocados, oranges and some other things which often come from Israel. In a regular year it requires separating Terumos and Maasros, and perhaps Orla issues depending on the type of produce and how it's grown. In a Shemita year it can be much more problematic.
