When we came to Lubavitch for the last days of Pesach, I saw an unusual scene. The parking lot was full. I then realized it was Sunday and they were all attending church. The building looks quite delapitated, but apparently it is functioning and has some kind of a landmark designation that makes renovations problematic.

Unlike in Moscow, Ladas had a respective representation here. The Soviet era ones were easy to spot, but there were also more modern models, such as this 4x4.

A little after noon the parking lot had emptied out, and Lubavitch was back to it's more normal self.

I wonder if the CAI-TLV airport issues are related to the fact that AFAIK until 2021 the flights were Air Sinai which used a different system.

Well, not exactly. The pictures attached to the article are from different times (people that were there when we weren't there) and one of the pictures doesn't look like it's from Lubavitch at all (I don't recognize the shul - maybe it's Smolensk where some spent the first days of Pesach).
