Driving records

My father was asking me to check the driving records for a someone he is now hiring to drive his truck, is there anywhere where i can check this for free?

Bec my wife got a phone ticket two months ago and i can't find it online to make a hearing ,  should i order driving record?  Or it can take a few months to show up sometimes?

What shaychus. Put in your license plate number into the ticket part of the site

It wasn't a parking ticket.  It would still go by plate number?
