Mind to elaborate?
The desert scenery is similar to Arizona and the like, the streets are super wide like in America, everybody drives, big percentage of the cars are American cars, in general, they love American brands and there are tons of American chain food places all over. combining all these together, when I drove around I felt like it was the most similar country to America I've ever been to besides Canada (I've been to 70+). Obviously there are differences to mentality, style, burkhas and Alla akhbar
etc but these are striking and very external
On another note some very interesting stuff was the Mechitza they have in the food places... I went to two Starbucks one was a full wall completely separated one was like an open orthodox mechitza
There's also the five prayers a day when all stores close for like a half an hour... I went to Starbucks and was about to order when suddenly the guy tells me sorry we're closed now "huh??" "we have brayer" it took me a minute and a few repeats to realize that he meant prayer lol
