As with everything else I read in the web, I won't buy any of his conclusions but he definitely has interesting points.

I can't remember where I saw this - I think it may have been a Shl"a - but when Avraham sent Hagar away it says וַיִּפְקַח אֱלֹהִים אֶת עֵינֶיהָ וַתֵּרֶא בְּאֵר מָיִם. Not that Hashem created a well on that spot, but that He "opened her eyes and she saw it". So the Shal"a says that the well was there all along; but it was in a different plane of existence (so to speak), and when the time came, it became visible to the person who needed it. He continues to say that that may be why we don't know where the Sambatyon is, even though there are so many travelers these days. It may well be somewhere where people have walked past countless of times; but until the time is right for the people on the other side to come back it may not be seen physically.

It's not a kasha. Try finding it yourself and you'll see. It can be hidden under w thick canopy of trees or something. There are many parts of the world (especially in Africa) that as far as we know have never been explored. It's like what they ask about the Levyasan-where is it? It can be on the bottom of the ocean and we'll never know about it as science knows very little about whats so deep down. The giant squid was first seen alive only in the last few decades and this is something people have known about for centuries.
