Does anyone know the NJ law about a private person selling small quantities of alcohol?
We are being told that there's no issue if done on a small scale, i.e. a private person selling some extra bottles that they have.

It's very simple.
A while back there was thread on this forum for selling alcohol and it was closed & deleted due to being illegal.
If we can verify that it's actually not illegal, we can reopen such a thread.
