Travelling to Israel, need info on cell phone sims, wifi etc

Friends,
 A)Im travelling to Eretz Yisroel thru Istanbul.Does anyone have info on wifi in the airport in Istanbul, boingo or any other cheep way.
B)I have metro pcs phones, can i use it with an israeli cell phone company, and if i can, what would be the best co for cell and internet service?

They have free WiFi there. May only be for two hours or so but not so hard to get around that if you need more.
Most of the world does not charge $5 like NY.
