they chose that location and specifically opened there to be near all the wealthy Chasidim. the bottom line is that having a cute situation isn't enough, you need a competent grocery selection as well. The ostentatious way they presented themselves probably didn't help either.

it's not in a good location for me so I don't go often but every time I've went (20 times or so) I've gotten something that I've never had before and it was very good. Don't ask me to remember details lol

Are you familiar with that area? Most houses that go up for sale for $1m+ in the area (and all the way into old lakewood) are sold to chassidim.
