Class Action against Chase
« on: June 15, 2017, 10:29:08 AM »
lets start a lawsuit against chase for all the recent shut downs.
chase claims that they have written that they dont have to tell you a recent for the shut down and could just shut down your accounts for no reason.
there is also a law of good faith, which means that if you new what it really meant, that there is no way you would of signed the document.

any lawyers in the house?
anyone else who got shut down want to start a class action?

You can sue if they took your points, you can't sue a company for not wanting to do business with you.

When they got the complaint from the CFPB Paypal called me up, asked some bogus Q's and opened up my account, and then they told the CFPB to reject my complaint as they opened

You can sue all you want, but the only damages are the points, which they no longer confiscate.

I wonder if the FRCA covers any of this. There you don't need to show damages.

When they closed my friends account they didn't return the annual fee claiming it's written in the terms that they don't refund the fees after he proved for chase representative that it's not true and they never wrote such a thing he hung up the phone. Could he sue chase for charging for a card and gave it?
