Hotel Membership Points
« on: January 16, 2013, 08:24:22 PM »
I know that SPG is the best available points system. I am just curious about how far you can stretch the other partners points? I know Hyatt does not have the cash and points like spg. I am just curious if I wanted to get as far as possible with hotel points which are the best to acquire?

(Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, PC, etc.)

Hyatt points can be worth a great deal even without Cash and Points. For just 22,000 points you can stay in rooms that cost $800+ sometimes.

PC points are a good value when you use them for pointbreaks but that's already harder to do and depends on what's available.

I would say if you're looking for a bargain (as opposed to the biggest bang for your buck ie:Hyatt) Priority Club comes next primarily bec. of point breaks but even with out points can be bought quite cheap

Unsure b/c they're rarely traded, but w/ their recent devaluation, not much. Def under .4 IMO
