Need Help: LAX - JFK flight delayed

Hi -
Need some guidance on what to so here...  My 9:30pm delta flight from LAX to JFK has been delayed a number of times and is now leaving at 12:30am.  Any suggestions on what I should do?

Claiming weather related delays.  Both 9:30 and 10:30 flights.  But United flights seem to be operating as scheduled...

A lot more goes into weather related then just the airline.
Sometimes the same airline, the 5:30 flight gets delayed 2 hours for weather, but the 6:30 goes just fine.

It depends where the plane is coming from,once it got delayed once it has to deal with many factors to get another take off spot..

Delays happen, that's why there are magazines, iPads, Walkmans, CD players.
Relax you will be out eventually.

Looks like every flight from WC to JFK is on time except for Delta LAX-JFK...What gives here? Any experienced flyers have insights into this?
