american express gold rewards credit card

I signed up for the american express gold offer through the link on dans deals. The offer was for 25,000 reward points as well as waived annual fee for the first year. I just received my first statement online and I found I was charged $175 annual fee. When I called customer service I was told no promo code was attached to the link I used to apply for my card. They were not willing to credit the annual fee, and I was told that I would not be receiving the bonus points either.When I went back to Dans Deals to check the link, and the details of the offer, I saw that it had been removed from the site. Has anyone had this problem/or have suggestions for what to do?

get a printout of the signup page with the promo and send it to them.

I'm having the same issue. Does anyone have a copy of the application page? Dan seems to have removed that post from the website.

i had the same issue. i closed the card and they refunded the $175. if u get them to honor the signup bonus, let us know
