If you have ordered delivery or ate at restaurants in Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, Boston, Washington, or Philadelphia, read on and please help a family member out :))

My brother-in-law is leading an antitrust class action against Uber and Grubhub. You can read about the case here:  https://www.reuters.com/legal/government/grubhub-uber-eats-postmates-must-face-diners-lawsuit-over-us-restaurant-prices-2022-03-30/

The law firm is looking to speak with folks in certain markets to further investigate the case. If you meet the criteria listed below, would it be a problem for you to shoot him an email at: vel@fnf.law

The lawsuit is ONLY against Uber, Grubhub, and Postmates. The firm is looking for people that ate at these restaurants because they were on Uber/Grubhub/Postmates, and were forced by Uber, Grubhub, Postmates, to abide by certain contractual provisions. No one is suing the restaurants or going after them in anyway!

Sounds about right for companies where delivery costs more than the actual order

A $1.57 check
Class action lawsuits are meant to enrich the lawyers and the lead plaintiffs. They throw a bone (or a $1.57) to the rest of the "class" to get you to play along.

It'd be on a CC bill if you ate there and paid via CC.
