using a Hetrz Check voucher when booking an online vacation package.

I have a $100 Hetrz Check Voucher from some credit card points.  I find that I get a better rate if I book hotel, flight and car together.  Will hertz let me use the voucher even if I book a package?

any tips on getting good rates in vegas for hertz?  I tried entering my AAA cdp#00020 but the rates are only OK.  My dates are 8/30-9/2

I would find the cheapest reservation that can be canceled (maybe someonw else can help with that) and then star bidding on Priceline daily up until your trip increasing the bid by a dollar each time until you reach the price of your reservation. sometimes the same bid can be rejected one day and accepted the next because they fluctuate alot based on seasons and availibility. Let me know if you need any more help with this.
