They recently changed their recording so that it now takes a minimum of over TWO MINUTES to receive the balance for ONE GC.
I would normally just list this under the Master Pet Peeve thread, but can we lobby somehow and try to have this changed? Dan has clout, no?...

This outlandish, time robbing recording requires:
1. inputting 16 digit number
2. listening to the repetition of input (new)
3. pressing '1' for correct (new)
4. inputting ONLY the two digit month (used to be combined with year)
5. listening to the repetition of input (new)
6. pressing '1' for correct (new)
7. inputting ONLY the two digit year (new)
8. listening to the repetition of input (new)
9. pressing '1' for correct (new)
10. inputting three digit code
11. listening to the repetition of input (new)
12. pressing '1' for correct (new)
13. Finally pressing 1 for balance.
14. "Please hold while we access that information. You may hear a moment of silence. Please hold while we access that information. You may hear a moment of silence." (Yes, it is repeated and her voice is sooooo slow.)
This is fine if someone is doing it for the first (and only) time. If, however, they want people to buy their cards often (hamayvin yavin) and use them more often, they need to implement a #, for example, to bypass to the next prompt. That was part of the old software.
