Highspeed small/thin USB "3.0" Flash drive 16gb + ??

I currently have a Super Talent Pico 8gb (for the past 3 years) its a tiny very sleek piece but its 2.0
Anyone with info on a good highspeed 3.0 flash drive keychain style preferable

Try any PNY sleek flash drives. They now all have usb 3.0 and are very small/sleek (not as much as the Pico one but...)

From the price I'd guess it's a discontinued 2.0, anyone know for sure? I tried Googling and all I find are other Amazon links or deal sites linking here. I also couldn't find this model on the manufacturer's site.
