Destination requirements for entry. Ex Vax/test

am looking into various destinations for travel in the winter and think we can use a thread with info on destination that are open for vaxxed and those requiring just testing. Ideally looking for a beach destination.

Will also add a wiki and folks can share their experiences with entry
