I know this is a new thread, but came across this while doing some research on car rental and coverage and thought I'd share my experience.Abt. 2 year ago i made a reservation via phone @ the Enterprise near C.H. using the Chabad Corporate. When he asked me for the corporates address for verification I got all nervous and wasnt sure what to answer as i didnt know it was required. I figured it must be 770 or the shluchim office so i replied, "Im not sure but I think 770 E.P" to which he replied in a happy tone, "Yep, thats the one, and who's your grand leader?" to which i responded, "The Lubavitcher Rebbe"When i arrived at the location he waited till the office was empty and he told me he once had a shvartze woman and another time had a guy on shabbos trying to use the chabad corporate insisting they were part of chabad. He told them that chabad was jewish and they dont rent on Saturdays. That was why he asked me for the address.
yes the only way they let you rent in israel with Avis under 21 if you have a world card
I've heard of similar questions asked at EWR as well.
i dont think you can get them to bill you the next day, you can get a option to pick up the car after 15:00 and it is only an extra $10

If you have rental insurance from your credit card you should be just fine.
