CO SWU questions

1. Is a UA metal SN CS booked on Orbitz eligible for an SWU?
2. Can a CO SWU be used on a flight after the SWU expires, if it's redeemed before? Looked on FT and all I got was UA SWUs no, CO no one seems to know (that I was able to find)
